I started at the bottom of a European kitchen: learning to hold a knife, read the heat, and keep to the process when orders pile up. Every knife has its job, and even the best one needs a skilled hand. AI is the same.

02 / SETUP & OPERATIONS
Set up, tune up, run
I built the prep-to-serve flow for a fast-food brand's French tacos line, tightened what was already there, then ran it: people, QA, QC, stock, costs. The first time I saw work as one system.

03 / ON SET
Assistant Camera (AC)
Alongside the kitchen, I worked on film sets as an AC. A world of cameras, cables and lenses, where one small slip holds up the whole crew. It taught me to be careful, and to be ready before anyone asks.

04 / MEDIA
Through the lens
I studied media, from handling a camera to editing and directing actors. That's where I learned a good shot isn't enough: every frame has to say something, so people want to stay till the end.

05 / NOW
Cooking with AI
Now I bring all of it to AI: the kitchen's process, the set's care, the storyteller's eye. I build AI tools every day, and teach teams to do it themselves.

[03] THE MENU
Two things on the menu: teaching and building.
Every dish is made to order. Tell me where you are, and I'll start from there.
TEACHFor people and teams
AI for beginners
Individuals · small shops
From zero: how to brief AI, check what it gives back, and fit it into your everyday work.
Team workshops
Office · marketing · support
A hands-on session built around your team's real tasks. You leave with a workflow you can use the next morning.
BUILDTools that keep running
AI agents & assistants
Classes · customer care
An assistant that answers around the clock from your own documents, and knows when to hand over to a person.
AI images & video
Shops · content channels
Product shots, storyboards, short videos and ads, with one look kept from piece to piece.
Automation
Owners · operators
The daily repeats: pulling numbers together, writing reports, sending reminders. Set up once, then it just runs.
Websites & landing pages
Shops · new brands
Online stores and brand pages, built fast and set up right for search from day one.
Answers your students 24/7, from your own material
I set up an assistant that knows your course: it answers students day and night from your own material, keeps attendance, homework and lesson recaps in order, reviews its own answers every night, and hands you the questions it isn't sure about. The demo: Nimrod, running for real at KesFlow, for a class of more than 800 students.

02 · BUILD · DATA + AI
Data control room
Every channel's numbers, and an AI brief each morning
I connect your YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, website and shop into one dashboard. Every morning an AI brief tells you what changed, why it matters and what to do next, then turns it into tasks, with you approving anything risky. The demo: Argus, shown with sample data.

03 · BUILD · SCRIPT TO VIDEO
Script-to-video pipeline
Scenes, images, voice and edit, done for you
Give me a script: the pipeline splits it into scenes, picks a shot size for each, generates the images, turns them into clips timed to the voice-over and stitches one finished video, with CapCut and DaVinci exports for a final polish. The demo: Muse Storyboard.

04 · BUILD · AI YOUTUBE
AI-made YouTube channels
From research to a new video every day, with Claude
I set up a channel's whole studio: facts checked against sources, animation, voice, captions and a posting schedule, so a new video goes out every day. The demos: science and history channels I run myself.

05 · BUILD · MOTION VIDEO
Explainer ads & music visuals
Motion graphics made from code with Claude
Explainer ads, product videos and music visualizers, built frame by frame in code with Claude, so changing a line means re-rendering, not starting over. The demos: an ad for CNS, a business-operations consultancy, and a blueprint-style music visualizer.

06 · BUILD · LANDING PAGES
Sales landing pages
Landing pages built to sell: each brand gets its own look, from the typefaces to the way the bag fills up. Open a demo and click around; the products are samples.
